How to play PSA missions

After the Blackout, the EPF headquarters are left destroyed. and now we cant do any PSA missions or Field Ops. Here is a picture of the damage:

Club Penguin has given us an alertative way to play PSA missions, simply go to the "Fun Stuff" section of the Club Penguin website. If you scroll down, you will find a button saying "Play PSA Missions". Simply click on that button, and select the mission you want to play. You do not need to have a CP account to play.
