1. Rockhopper tracker\How to find him
Here is the best and accurate rockopper tracker there is:


Rockhopper is a very famous penguin in Club Penguin, he first arrived to CP in 2006, if you find him, you can get a very rare backround and a rockhopper stamp, and even add him as a buddy! You know that he is in Club penguin if his ship called the "migrator" is to the beach. You can see if his ship is coming by looking into the telescope located at the beacon.

There is many other ways to find rockhopper instead of looking at the tracker. Rockhopper usually goes to servers with 4-5 bars. His favorite servers are: Yeti, Mammoth, Frozen and Blizzard. Even if he has favorites, he still goes to other servers. Rockhopper is usually in the migrator, somtimes he will waddle around CP.  If you see that the migrator is full it meens that he is probably in, but most of the time its just a bunch of penguins dancing and waiting for him. 

The BEST way to meet him is to go into the french CP. They have less servers so its easier to see what servers are full and to avoid full rooms. Just login to french CP and look for a 4-5 barred server and click on it, there is ussualy just 2-3 servers with 4 or 5 bars.  Dont forget that rockhopper is a red penguin with a black beard, black eyebrows and a big pirate hat!


2. Aunt Arctic tracker/how to find her
Here is the BEST and accurate Aunt Arctic tracker there is:


Aunt arctic is the news reporter for the newspaper of CP called the penguin times. She has her own section in the newspaper called "ask aunt arctic". She is a very famous penguin. She is very hard to find since she is only seen at the penguin play awards and earth day. If you find her you will get a rare backround and a stamp, which are free!!!!

There is other ways to find her instead of looking at her tracker, if you see that a server gets full really fast just like that, you should go check it out because she is probably there.  Her favorites servers are Mammoth, Frozen, Yeti and Blizzard. She likes to be into 4-5 barred servers.  If you see lots  of penguins triing to get in a room at the same time, try to get in because they are probably doing  this because she is in there!!!!!

Like ive said, for the Rockhopper one, the best way to find her is to go into french CP! There is less servers and penguins soits way easier to find her there than in english!!! Dont forget that she is a green penguin with a pink hat, black glasses and she has freckles with a crayon beside her head!

3. Cadence tracker/How to find her

Here is the BEST and acccurate Cadence tracker there is:

Cadence is a DJ and a Dancer. She is in a game called Dance Contest. She is known as the most modern famous penguin because of her style and because of her phrases like: "LOL" and "EPIC FAIL".
You can meet her at the Music Jam, the Penguin Play Awards and sometimes on other occasions. If you do meet her you will get a free rare backround and a stamp.

Ther are many other ways to find her than looking at the tracker. Cadence is usualy in 4-5 bared servers, she likes popular servers like mammoth, yeti and blizzard. If you see lots of penguins triing to get in a room maybe its because she's in there, you can try to enter but the room will be probably full. If its full you can wait a bit because somtimes before leaving a server she will just waddle around and leave.

The best way to find her is just to go in french CP, its better to do that because they have way less servers and penguins than english CP. Just try all the 4-5 barred servers and you should find her, i found all the penguin mascots this way!!!



4. Gary tracker/ how to find him


Here is the Gary tracker:


Gary is the hardest penguin to find in all the Club Penguin mascots. He is CP's inventor and he owned the sports shop, which is now the phoning facility (EPF). He only appears at some Halloween parteis and other random important parties, but rarely.

TIPS:
-Gary has no favourite servers, which make him hard to find, but he usually goes into the most crowded servers at random times of the day. 
-He goes at less crowded servers when Club Penguin has less users on.
- He changes server every 15 minutes, you can try waiting for him on a server, which is what most people do. 
-When he comes to CP he usually stays in exclusive rooms like the secret lab and the tallest mountain.
- If i see Gary i will post on twitter, so look out!
- You can also go in servers of other languages,since most of them have less servers it would be easier to find him! (;

5. Penguin band tracker/ how to find them


Here is the penguin band tracker: 



The penguin band is Club Penguin's official band, its made of four members, G Billy, Peter K, Stompin' Bob and Franky. The band has many songs like Better days, Penguin Band Boogie and Wild WIld West. The penguin band members are not always together when they are on the island. When you meet them you will have a backround and a stamp.

TIPS:
-To find them you can look at the tracker above this. 
-They usually go on crowded servers at random times of the day. 
-They are usually in Club penguin at parties like the music jam, St Patrick's day and Summer Kickoff.
- You can camp on servers where some other penguins wait for them, this is another good way to find them. 
-When you meet them you can click on them to receive your free backround. 




6. Rookie tracker/ how to find him


Here is the Rookie tracker:




Rookie is a novice secret agent of the EPF. He appeared in many of the secret missions and send messages on penguin's agent phones. Rookie is known for making errors and having low experience in everything. Not much is known about Rookie. He is a green penguin with red sunglasses, a green propeller hat and sometimes a red shirt.

Tips:
-To find Rookie, you can look at the tracker, you can also camp and wait for him at the party room (where he usually goes) with other penguins until he comes (since he changes server every 15 minutes).
- He goes on the most crowded at random times of the day.
- Rookie comes on Club Penguin usually at April fools day party.
-You can go on Club penguin of another language to have a better chance of meeting him, since they have less servers than english, especially french.


7. Sensei tracker/ how to find him


Here is the Sensei tracker:



Sensei is the leader of all the Club Penguin ninjas, he controls the normal, fire and water dojo. Its him you have to beat in card jitsu normal/fire/water to become a normal/fire/water ninja. Sensei is a old penguin, he has the grey color (not available to penguin) a long white beard, thick and long white eyebrows covering his eyes and a Japanese straw hat. Sensei first appeared in club penguin as ?????, he was a penguin shoveling the dojo which was snow damaged and when you clicked on it a picture of a grey penguin shoveling of the name of ????? appeared.

Tips:
-To find Sensei you can look at the tracker, it is very accurate.
- Sensei logs on crowded servers at random times of the day, he stays 15 minutes then changes servers, so a good option is to stay on a crowded server and wait for him in the room he will possibly come at with other penguins who are doing the same thing. 
-He is only online when the Club Penguin support is online too. 
-If lots of penguins are trying to enter a room that is full, Sensei is probably in that room. 
-When you meet him you will get a backround and a stamp. 
-You can only meet himat card-jitsu events.


8.  Puffle handler 


Here is the best PH tracker:




















The puffle handler is the newest Club Penguin mascot. Her job is to take care of the puffles in the pet shop. She first appeared in Club Penguin missions in the EPF nintendo ds game as a puffle trainer. The first time you could meet her was at the 2012 puffle party.

TIPS:
- To find her, you can look at the tracker.
- She is usually at important CP events like the puffle party
- You can camp on a server to wait until she comes
- She can be logged on to 2 servers at the same time
- Go look on servers with 3-5 bars, like avalanche, yeti and all the others
- Dont forget that she is a brown penguin with a puffle trainer hat and a a whistle.
- You can try finding her on the french servers since they are less servers than all the other languages.
